APR WFC has resumed training to prepare for the pre-season and the phase return.

On Friday, the APR Women Football Club (WFC) officially resumed training, beginning preparations for the pre-season as well as the return phase of the women’s football league in Rwanda.

Currently in fifth place on the provisional league table, the team returned to the field with the goal of continuing to improve player performance, refining techniques and teamwork, and strengthening team cohesion. The training sessions focused on increasing players’ physical fitness, enhancing their tactical coordination, and preparing them for the challenging matches ahead.

APR WFC players returned to training with energy and determination, showing that they are ready to face the challenges of the upcoming matches. The team’s head coach emphasized that training is crucial for properly preparing for the second half of the season, ensuring the team raises its level and is ready for important games.

> “We have returned to training with the goal of continuing to develop the team. The players are working hard, and we want to maintain good performance in the league and prepare for the important matches ahead. Every player has a key role in this objective, and we want APR WFC to stay on the path of progress,” said the APR WFC coach.

The training sessions also aim to assess the level of all players, including potential new recruits, to prepare effectively for the second half of the season. APR WFC management highlighted that the main objectives are to improve the team’s performance, maintain a strong league position, and compete for major upcoming trophies.

Fans of the team continue to show confidence in APR WFC’s performance, urging the players to keep working together and strive for the pride of the team and its supporters.

As the league resumes, all eyes will be on APR WFC’s training and matches, where the team is expected to continue showcasing a high standard of women’s football in Rwanda.
